The proposed theme retains the existing areas of educational software, serious games, gamification, multimedia, and related technologies while expanding the scope to include AI-enabled learning, adaptive systems, immersive technologies, and other emerging approaches to digital education.

Track Chair

Prof. William P. Rey

Mapua University, Philippines

Prof. William P. Rey is a Professor at Mapúa University, Philippines, with over 26 years of experience in higher education, research, curriculum development, and academic service. His research interests include educational technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, computer networks, Internet of Things, blockchain technology, and technology-enhanced learning. He has authored more than 130 scholarly publications, including peer-reviewed journal articles, international conference papers, book chapters, and academic books, and has received multiple international Best Paper Awards. His work in computing education includes research on virtual laboratories, e-learning modules, gamification, and technology-enhanced instruction. Prof. Rey has served in various international conferences as Session Chair, Publicity Chair, Technical Committee Member, and reviewer. He is also a Cisco Networking Academy Instructor and actively promotes the integration of emerging technologies into computing education.
